What are you doing to keep your customers safe from Covid-19
I have drawn up a list of safety measures based on the training that I have done with the Driving Instructor's Association. You can find the list of Covid-19 safety measures here
How flexible are you on timing of lessons?
I organise lessons at times convenient for you. This can be during the day, in the evenings, during the week, at weekends or over bank holidays.
How and when should I pay for my lessons?
Lessons must be paid for in advance. When you sign up for a course of lessons I will provide you with bank details to make a direct payment. It is also possible to pay cash.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Of course! We are in the process of designing our gift vouchers for Christmas. Just call me 07877 500 927 or email email@example.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
2 hour driving lessons need to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance otherwise there will be no refund.
At least 14 days notice must be given for a refund of the 25% deposit charged for an intensive driving course.
What’s your refund policy?
If you have paid for a course of lessons and then decide that you do not want to continue then I will refund you your money less payments for the lessons taken, subject to these lessons being within the allowed cancellation window.
